MEMORANDUM OPINION
Appellant, Kathleen Holly, filed a notice of appeal on October 7, 2005, in a cause number and appellate number in this Court. The appellant has now filed a motion to dismiss this appeal, by which she states she no longer desires to prosecute it. Without passing on the merits of the case, the motion is granted.
Accordingly, the appeal is hereby dismissed. Rule 42.2. Having dismissed the appeal at the appellant’s personal request, no motion for rehearing will be entertained, and our mandate will issue forthwith.

Black women, with all their faults, are in fact superior to white women. We always have been, and we always will be. The reason for this? Our superior nature. There was a time when all the continents were united. Then, the Americas, Africa, and Asia separated. The men and women of the other continents had to make do. Now it's our time to rule. To some, this may be a frightening thought. But then, you don't speak the same language as we do. The majority of those of your species are more than happy to watch us do all the work, and all the ruling. Since the ancient times, Black women have ruled over White women. And we can keep it up.
